Do you ship worldwide?

Shipping can be arranged, please contact us first in order for us to provide you with an accurate rate to your destination.

How can I request a refund?

Please contact us if you are unhappy with a purchase. We will get in touch and see how we can assist in exchanging the product or providing a credit.

Do you offer gift-vouchers?

Gift vouchers aren’t available on the website, but can be purchased by contacting us!

How can I use a coupon code?

Coupon codes can be applied to your order on the Checkout page by clicking the “Click here to enter your code” link, entering the coupon code, and then clicking the “Apply Coupon” button

Do you allow backorders?

We usually don’t allow back orders. If you would like more stock than what we have listed, please let us know by contacting us so we can source the stock for you.

Are there benefits for registered users?

All your orders and customer details will be saved with us and you will be the first to know if we are having an specials or promotions.
